Learning Support Assistant - KS2

Job Introduction

We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and professional Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and welcoming team at the Fryern Federation of Infant and Junior Schools in Chandlers Ford. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children who have a range of needs, including developmental, sensory, communication, and social‑emotional challenges. The successful candidate will work within a mixed Year 3/4 class, supporting children mainly 1:1 with learning and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.

As an LSA, you will work under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCo to:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children within a Year 3/4 mixed age class
