Randstad Education is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to provide high‑quality 1:1 and small‑group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a full‑time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week, Monday – Friday, inline with school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small‑group support to students with SEN.
• Implement and track progress against Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
