Experienced TA / LSA / HLTA – Bringing Skills to Where They Matter Most

We’re seeking a talented and adaptable TA/LSA/HLTA to support pupils across both small group and whole-class settings. This role is ideal for someone with proven classroom experience who thrives on making learning accessible for all — particularly for children with special educational needs.

What we’re looking for:

* Hands-on experience in both small group and full class support

* Confidence in adapting learning for SEN pupils

* A proactive approach and strong classroom presence

* Driving licence preferred (with enhanced pay for added flexibility)

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience rewarded with higher rates of pay
