We are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join an Autism Support Provisions Unit within a fantastic secondary school in Barnet.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting pupils with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition on a 1 to 1 and group basis. You will be supporting pupils across a range of classes and learning activities. You will be required to build relationships and establish a routine with students. You should have a good basic, understanding of autism and understand how to ensure the learning environment is suitable, communicate clearly in suitable ways and integrate pupil's interests.
