The Learning Solutions and Training Architect is responsible for the conduct of analysis and foundation stage of design solutions and learning curricula, this will be a remote role with regular travel to the client site in Reading. The Learning Solutions Architect will utilise their demonstrable expertise in analysis, design and evaluation of training assisting in the identification of training requirements leading to optimum blended learning programs involving various learning solutions to inform effective learning and training outcomes.
