Learning Solutions Manager Location: Dong Da District, Hanoi 1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Solution Consulting & Pre-sales (40%) Act as the lead technical and solution consultant for key corporate (B2B) training projects. Analyze clients business objectives and assess their current technology competency and capability gaps. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop proposals, deliver solution presentations, and defend training solutions to clients leadership teams and IT stakeholders. B. Learning Architecture & Program Design (40%) Design comprehensive learning paths and detailed training frameworks aligned with clients digital transformation goals and emerging technology trends.
