Job Responsibility
• Liaise closely with the eLearning Manager, subject matter experts, and consultants to ensure the development of excellent online material that directly addresses identified learning needs. • Design and develop excellent online learning content that is compatible with the company’s online learning platform. • Provide expertise to the company regard to sound design and development principles in the online environment. • Assist with the development and promotion of a vibrant, collaborative, and positive eLearning culture within the company. • Assist with additional tasks relating to areas of responsibility as directed from time to time.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources Development, Psychology (Learning & Development focus), Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in eLearning content design or instructional design.
