Learning Experience Specialist

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you are responsible for developing and producing high-quality learning assets that enable our customers and partners to successfully adopt and use their Achievers platform.

How you'll shape Professional Services at Achievers:

• Produce engaging learning experiences across live, on-demand, and blended formats aligned to defined learning objectives.
• Create short-form and long-form training videos including screen capture, voice-over narration, and editing.
• Develop e-learning modules using modern authoring tools.
• Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and SMEs to produce polished learning materials.
• Execute rapid, iterative development workflows.
• Build supplemental assets such as job aids, quick-start guides, and infographics.
• Support customer-facing paid training engagements with custom assets.
