About the Role

Piper Companies is looking for a Learning Engineer to join a learning solutions provider supporting customers across the U.S in a remote role working EST hours. The ideal Learning Engineer will help clients connect Cisco technologies with the right training and learning paths to ensure successful adoption. This is a technical role with a sales mindset.
Responsibilities for the Learning Engineer:
Partner with customers to align their technology purchases with the right learning solutions (digital, instructor-led, labs, etc.)
Collaborate with Sales Engineering teams to integrate learning into active deals.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them onboard, install, and support specific technologies through tailored training paths.
Be the bridge between technical knowledge and customer success.
