We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who can deliver impactful training programs, manage multiple learning initiatives, and support organizational growth through effective facilitation and program execution.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end Learning & Development process from needs analysis, program design, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement

• Design and facilitate engaging training programs (virtual and face-to-face)

• Manage multiple learning programs and development projects simultaneously

• Collaborate with leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals

• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities to help identify development gaps

• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
