Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Min 3 years of experience in L
  earning & Development or Training
  from
  F&B industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Proven expertise in training design, module development, and training tools.
• Experience conducting
  Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  and competency mapping to tailor learning solutions.
• Good understanding of F&B business operations and business processes.
