Ideal Candidate Profile:
Min 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training from F&B industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Proven expertise in training design, module development, and training tools.
Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency mapping to tailor learning solutions.
Good understanding of F&B business operations and business processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
