**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Education, L&D, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years in L&D, training coordination, or LMS administration **within an IT environment**.
- Experience with technical training and certifications.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
