About the Role
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and curate onboarding and ongoing learning content, including e-learning (Articulate 360), microlearning, presentations, and resources aligned to business needs.
Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding and orientation sessions, including logistics, scheduling, global calendars, and content updates.
Support learning programs end-to-end, including project coordination, communications, surveys, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback and effectiveness metrics. Support administration of the Learning Hub (LMS/LXP), including system configuration, content management, data integrity, integrations, and vendor coordination.
