The Learning & Development Business Partner is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating learning initiatives that build employee capability, performance and career growth across ITN.Working in partnership with people business partners, managers and stakeholders, the role translates business priorities into modern learning solutions and helps embed a culture of continuous learning and development — ensuring ITN’s people have the skills, tools and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced creative, editorial, digital and commercial environment.
