Role: Learning & Development Manager

What will you create and do?

We are looking for a highly impactful Learning & Development Manager to drive revenue-focused enablement and capability building across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams at SMS Magic / Conversive.

In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end training and enablement programs for Account Executives (AEs), SDRs, CSMs, and Partner teams to accelerate ramp time, improve pipeline productivity, and drive consistent revenue outcomes.
