About the Role
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the hotel’s Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, ensuring that Heartists and leaders have the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts standards.
This role drives a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and leadership development, acting as a facilitator, coach, and strategic business partner.

Learning & Development Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives, Fairmont standards, and Heartists’ development needs.
Work closely with Department Leaders to define, assess, and update the hotel’s annual training plan.
