Learning Designer/Trainer - 12 month FTC

Reports to ERP Programme Director

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Designer/Trainer to join our team and drive the development of engaging, effective, and impactful learning experiences. The Learning Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement innovative training programs, eLearning modules, and blended learning solutions focused on supporting and enhancing learner outcomes for the Workday programme across HR and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a strong background in instructional design principles, and the technical skills to bring learning strategies to life.
