Learning Coordinator

rhi are seeking a Learning Coordinator to assist the delivery of learning value chain and build knowledge of local training related requirements within a major global energy brand.

Duration: 12 month contract role

When: Immediate requirement.

Based: Bangsar South with WFH 60/40

The Learning Coordinator will be a part of Learning Operations within Ops and Advisory and will support the Learning and Skills CoE team within People and Culture.

This role is to assist delivery of the learning value chain and build knowledge of local training related requirements. As a part of this role, the operational onboarding of local learning requirements and the assignment of the local groups on the local Compliance Matrix.

Key Responsibilities
