What You’ll Do

• Become an expert with our products and services, and explain them to new learners starting a goFLUENT Training.
• Offer the learner the best journey possible by understanding their expectations and efficiently addressing concerns.
• Reply to learner requests on several communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Ensure smooth and efficient communication with internal teams.
• Call students to encourage them to take full advantage of available resources.
• Be proactive in optimizing internal procedures, improving response quality, and raising learner feedback.
