This is a full time Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach role combining on site delivery with workplace visits, giving you the opportunity to support and inspire apprentices as they progress through their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship.
You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and build long term careers in the industry.
