Role Title: Learning & Development Specialist / Trainer

Reports To: Learning & Development Manager

Location: Gurugram

Role Purpose:

The role will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the L&D Team to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that ensure all employees have access to the development they require to be effective in their roles, aligning with the Group’s business strategy. The role will be primarily supporting our sales function to enhance the overall learning experience and ultimately enhance performance.
