Learning and Development Project Manager

Cella by Randstad Digital is currently seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to join a leading financial institution’s Human Resources Learning & Development (L&D) team in Toronto. This is a one-year contract opportunity with the potential for extension or conversion, focused on leading mid-to-high complexity training initiatives. This hybrid role requires you to work in the financial district 4 days/ week.

In this role, you will act as a critical link between business priorities and educational implementation, ensuring that large-scale learning solutions are delivered with precision.
