Learning and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding Training

• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Provide orientation on clinic operations, IVF workflows, protocols, SOPs, and internal systems.
• Ensure new joiners are trained and certified before independent role execution.

2. Clinical Training

• Coordinate and facilitate hands-on clinical training for doctors, embryologists, nurses, and RMOs.
• Organize training programs covering IVF procedures, egg retrieval (OPU), embryo transfer (ET), and related clinical processes.
• Work closely with senior clinicians and lab leadership to standardize clinical training practices across centers.

3. Soft Skills Training

• Develop and deliver soft skills programs focused on communication, empathy, patient counseling, and service excellence.
