Learning Strategy & Program Design
Develop and execute the companys learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and operational needs.
Design structured training programs for frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and support functions.
Ensure training initiatives support service excellence, productivity, and employee retention.
Operations & Technical Training
Lead the development of technical and operational training modules, including:
Food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Kitchen operations and service procedures
Customer service and guest experience
Equipment use and safety
Ensure consistent training delivery across outlets and locations.
Onboarding & Compliance Training
Design and manage onboarding programs for new hires to ensure fast and effective integration.
Ensure mandatory compliance training (food safety, health regulations, workplace safety) is delivered and documented.
