Equicom Services, Inc. is now looking for Learning & Development Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, competency frameworks, and training evaluation methodologies.
• Experience in developing IDPs and conducting Training Needs Analysis is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
