Learning and Development Head

Role Overview
The Learning and Development Head leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning strategies to build strong capabilities across sales, distribution, and support functions. This role drives talent development, leadership readiness, and performance improvement aligned with business priorities.
Qualifications
Proven track record in learning and development, talent development, or organizational capability building, preferably at a senior leadership (Director or Head) level.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management experience, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling learning and training programs, particularly for sales and distribution teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to link learning initiatives to performance outcomes
