Duties & Responsibilities
1. Primary
Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related.Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated.Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff.Assist Area Trainer to conduct follow ups and On-the-job evaluation for new staff to certify the staff.2. SecondaryPlan and monitor the company’s CSR activities to meet the company’s sustainability goals.Constantly contact and meet up with external parties (eg Schools & NGOs) to execute CSR related activities on monthly basis, and ensuring all activities are recorded and documented.Drive internal and external communications with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the CSR activities.
