We are seeking a high-energy Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to champion our growth and engagement initiatives. This role is a blend of coordination and hands‑on execution, focusing on the end‑to‑end training lifecycle, vendor management, and creating a vibrant company culture through employee events and monthly communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support training and onboarding programs
• Carry out training need assessments across the organization
• Manage all training data, records, and reporting using MS Excel to track ROI and participation
• Assist in organizing internal flagship events, workshops, and learning activities
• Lead the onboarding process to ensure every new hire has a smooth first‑day experience
