About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and delivering training programs and workshops
- Support onboarding and employee development initiatives
- Prepare training materials and maintain training records
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers
- Track training effectiveness and participation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in L&D, training, or HR is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
