Job Description
This is a Work from Office role based in Angeles City
Learning and Development (L&D) overview: The learning and development team drive performance improvement through professional, technical and leadership capability building. Further, the team supports cultural change through alignment of learning and organisational development initiatives. When consulted by the business about learning needs, the team brings a system-based approach to performance consulting to ensure root causes are identified and addressed to optimise long term behaviour change.
