About the Role

 Learner Experience (LX) Designer Intern 
As a Learning Experience Design intern in L&D, you'll conduct user research, design human-centered solutions, and create prototypes to enhance learning platforms. You'll collaborate with teams, explore innovative technologies, and assist in learner-marketing efforts to promote the portfolio of DLL’s learning experiences effectively.

 Day to day: 
Conduct User Research: Analyze learner needs, behaviors, and preferences through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, and other appropriate techniques.

Support the L&D Team with business as usual tasks

Design Human-Centered Solutions: Develop prototypes and wireframes for intuitive and accessible learning platforms.
