WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the CI Supervisor, the Lean/TCP Lead supports the delivery of Total Cost Productivity (TCP) and Lean/Continuous Improvement outcomes by enabling process improvements, waste elimination, and disciplined execution of MOS initiatives. The role supports operations through the facilitation and coaching of continuous improvement projects, ensuring opportunities are clearly identified, analyzed, and executed using defined methodologies.
