Lean Summer Experience Program

Job Description Summary Lean Summer Experience is a seven week educational program (June 17th - July 31st) offered by GE Aerospace. The candidate will work together with a process Owner, a Champion and two other Students of Engineering supporting an assigned project as part of the Lean Summer Experience (7 week period). The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with Senior Leaders across the organization and together with two other Engineering Students will define, implement, and control a solid continuous improvement into the assigned project.
