1. **Develop and maintain the annual Lean improvement roadmap / Kaizen funnel** ,



ensuring alignment with plant & nVent strategic objectives.



2. **Lead diagnostic assessments and provide expert guidance** for Lean/Kaizen projects, coaching project teams to execute improvements within the targeted timeline.



3. **Track and monitor all continuous improvement projects** , reporting progress,



analyzing variances, and driving timely issue resolution.



4. **Support plant leadership in promoting, implementing, and supervising Lean**
