We are looking for an experienced Lean Specialist to work on identify, plan, support and execute activities to reduce and eliminate the wastes in order to improve the efficiency, quality, productivity and safety among the processes related. Methodologies and tools like Kaizen approach, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM, Workbalance & Yamazumi, Shop Floor Management ( Visual management ), Problem Solving approach, LPA and others are very necessary to work within cross-functional teams, train people and support the initiatives
