The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing tools, ensure compliance with KPIs, and oversee project management. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and have extensive experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and a Process Engineer. Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced conversational English are also required.
