Lean Executive

Job Description :

• In charge of lean manufacturing methods implementation. Set goals, develop procedures, train, implement and enforce, follow up and improve.
• Lead, review, supervise and coach kaizen projects in production, quality, planning and inventory control, purchasing.
• In charge of 6s training, implementation, enforcement, standardization and follow up. Work with departments daily to raise 6s consciousness, performs 6s audits and maintain a highly organized, clean and efficient work environment.
• Identify and prioritize areas for improvements using lean, kaizen and 6s tools. Develop and prepare transformation plan.
• Collect data, analyze problems, make recommendation and deliver desired results. Establish SOP’s and flow charts for procedural improvements. Work hands on to implement suggestions that improve or change processes in support of the company’s objectives.
