About the Role
- Identify, prioritise, and implement Lean improvements to enhance safety, quality, service levels, and efficiency.
- Build and execute CI roadmaps aligned with plant objectives.
- Lead Kaizen workshops and ensure improvement projects deliver measurable results.
- Analyse process performance and drive root‑cause investigations.
- Use Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management to optimise workflows.
- Support implementation of data collection and MES‑related systems.
- Coach and mentor operational teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, SMED, PDCA, etc.).
- Develop problem‑solving capabilities and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to support operational excellence.
