About the Role
What you’ll be working on
- Building and evolving TypeScript, React, and Node.js solutions (frontend & backend)
- Designing accessible, scalable, and intuitive interfaces
- Improving how accessibility scan results are aggregated, stored, and visualized
- Contributing to shared component libraries and internal platforms
- Guiding architecture decisions and long-term platform growth
- Mentoring senior engineers and influencing team processes & CI/CD
We’re looking for someone who has
- 7+ years of experience building large-scale SaaS products
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience leading and mentoring senior developers
- Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA)
- Experience working on product teams and shared libraries
- Strong code review, security awareness, and collaboration skills
