About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our technical training initiatives for engineering, management, and science graduates. The ideal candidate will bridge academia and industry by designing and delivering customized programs that equip students with practical skills, making them job ready. This role involves collaborating with a team of 40+ members on curriculum development, workshops, and industry-aligned training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead customized training modules technical areas (domain-specific tools, project management, emerging tech like AI/ML, VLSI, etc).
• Analyse industry needs and skill gaps to develop customized training curricula aligned with market expectations.
