Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Manager Social Planning and Research and the Team Lead Community Planner Research, the Leadership Program Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of the Newcomer Women Leadership Program and coordination of the affiliated Leadership Durham professional development program. The Leadership Programs provide participants with opportunities to develop their communication, leadership, and self-advocacy skills, while boosting their confidence.
