What You’ll Do

As a core member of the Global Leadership Development team, you will design and facilitate leadership development programs across regions at scale. This role requires a seasoned leadership development professional with expertise in solution design, strong facilitation skills (virtual and in‑person), and a deep understanding of leadership practices, theories, and emerging trends including AI in leadership.
