About the Role
The individual is responsible for facilitating the process of developing leaders by providing timely and relevant training programs utilizing the digital platform.
He is involved in the planning, designing, monitoring and governance of leader development programs of agency sales, while providing training support and guidance to the Field Partners nationwide.•
Designs and enhances leader training programs and tools.
Conducts training programs for leaders, advisors and staff.
Ensures timely delivery of leader training and development programs by the sales training managers based on established company training path.
