About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to own and evolve UX strategy, accessibility standards, and design systems across digital and eCommerce platforms. This hands‑on leadership role blends execution and strategic ownership, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Branding, Research, and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate brings strong design systems experience, accessibility‑first thinking (WCAG 2.1), and proven success delivering scalable web experiences within Agile environments.
Key Requirements:
- ✅ 7+ years UX/UI experience with proven design systems leadership (hands‑on execution required)
- ✅ Deep accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.1 + accessible component design)
- ✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating web/eCommerce UX and cross‑functional collaboration
