About the Role

The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a banking program focused on transaction management across the trade/ transaction lifecycle (from capture and validation through reconciliation, settlement, and reporting). You will work with cross functional teams to elicit and translate business needs into actionable requirements, strengthen control frameworks, improve data quality, and support delivery from design through testing and go live.
Your key responsibilities 
Elicit, document, and prioritize business and non functional requirements; translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria; prepare use cases and process flows.

Analyze end to end transaction lifecycle processes (front to back).

Provide subject matter expertise on securities post-trade processes including clearing, settlement, corporate actions, reconciliation, and reporting.
