Lead Technician

❖ Job Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in accordance with site assessments, schematics, and safety standards.

• Supervise and guide technicians during on-site installation, troubleshooting, and corrective works.

• Conduct advanced electrical works such as current checks, system testing, and performance validation.

• Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, assembly, and bolting of structural framing and solar modules.

• Oversee site preparation, material allocation, and workflow scheduling for efficient project execution.

• Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients regarding project progress and technical requirements.
