Lead Technician / Future Operations Leader
Windsor–Essex County | Full-Time | $20–$35/hr + Bonuses

This is a hands-on, in-person leadership role.
What This Role Actually Is
You won’t just “wash houses.”
You will:
Run job sites independently or lead up to 2 technicians when required
Manage each project from start to finish
Communicate confidently with homeowners
Maintain five-star standards
Train and mentor new hires
Identify upsell opportunities (bonuses paid)
