As the Team Head, you will construct and lead a dedicated team aimed at pushing the boundaries of AI and robotics. Your strategic thinking coupled with technical insight will help shape our platform engineering efforts while addressing customer-driven needs and product challenges in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and guide the Canada-based Physical AI team
• Own the complete roadmap across key robotics capabilities
• Translate technical and strategic goals into actionable backlogs
• Collaborate on product missions with various stakeholders
• Prepare platform for customer interactions and validation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in AI, Robotics, or Software Engineering
• 8+ years in technical leadership roles
• Solid experience with robotics and industrial automation
