Lead Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Lead , you will own the entire recruitment function , removing all TA‑related workload from the Chief of Staff and Managing Director . You will lead a remote team of three and manage the full recruitment pipeline for over 50+ hires annually with an average of 1,000+ candidates per month across Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, and more . Additionally, you will oversee a high‑volume intern program, hiring and managing 40+ interns per quarter while ensuring structured onboarding, off‑boarding, and development. Your role will require strong operational, stakeholder management, and process automation skills to drive efficiency, accountability, and high‑performance hiring outcomes.
